Pickleball comes to Rotary 6110

WHAT IS PICKLEBALL? Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

In a district as large as 6110 there's likely a large number of active pickleball players. My goal (District 6110 Webmaster Jim Weems) is to somehow connect fellow Rotarians who enjoy this game and want to promote it within Rotary, much as golf is promoted.

My first goal is to schedule a one time game and  gathering at Hyde Park at Tulsa Hills where we have two private indoor pickleball courts. No date is being suggested yet.

If you're interested then send an email to Jim Weems, 6110webmaster@gmail.com

If your spouse is a PB player let me know if they'd join you if the final date works out. The first game meeting will be limited to 16 players.

Our first game will be at the private courts at Hyde Park at Tulsa Hills
